Conditional Logic is not working properly--HELP!

Hi, I am building a form where people can choose their massage therapist, then the day(s) they would like a massage, then the times. In the form, I added conditional logic, so that when they choose the therapist "Honor", they then choose which day with Honor, and then are only shown those days of appointments. This is working great!

I added this same conditional logic to massages with April. However, when going through the form, the correct days for April are showing up, but so are all of Honors days. 

Both logics are set up the same, so I am unsure why April's is not functioning correctly. Please help ASAP!

I have cloned your form and I have been testing the issue, it seems to happen when you go back and change the selection on the field "Which spa services would you like to book?", for example, you selected the option with "Honor" and then you want to go back and select "April", if you do this the options for Honor will be shown even when such option is not selected. 

Actually, this happens since the fields are retaining their values even when they are hidden, to resolve this, you need to change the current form settings and clear the hidden fields values:
