Getting 'JotForm not defined' error on my embedded form which prevents other scripts to run on the page

This is quite urgent as it prevents my other scripts to run on the page.

I have checked the page and I can see the errors, it seems like there are conflicts between the scripts on your form and the scripts on your page. 

You may try adding the noConflict() function to your form, here is a link with more info about it: https://api.jquery.com/jquery.noconflict/ 

If  it does not help, may I suggest you to try with a different embed method such as iFrame?
