I had setup an account and had 2 forms I was using on my site, I presume after time it is suspended?
Please let me know what I should do to get these forms back on line.

I have checked you account and noted that your account was suspended because your form is being used for loan application and used to collect sensitive user details . Online forms have been long used to to scam users and to collect user sensitive information hence the reason we have an automated system that checks forms that may be collecting sensitive information and suspend the accounts until we get supporting information that shows the user is allowed to collect such information.
In this regard we would like to request if you could provide any proof that you are allowed to offer loan services to users?
Once we have this information and verify it we will subsequently activate your account.

Thank you for the response.
Our office is in Ontario, and we are in the business of making corporate and asset based loans, and do not require a license in Ontario.However if we were arranging mortgages we would.Further, we are the lenders so we do not broker loans we lend private funds through our own firm.
FYI I am the CEO /Owner and would be happy to upgrade to the non branded forms as I am quite happy with your service.
If this is acceptable please reinstate as soon as possible, or should you require further information please let me know.

Those forms are hosted in the account username "sunsoaker2", which is registered under your email address "email@example.com". Please log out, and try logging back in to your account, the forms should show up. Let us know if you have more questions.
