Pre-populate widget (Dynamic Dropdowns)

I see that we can populate select boxes in the following example and works perfect

How can I pre-populate the select boxes using the following plugin below, Seems I can only pre-populate the first select box.

Widgets are loaded in separate Iframes and it is not possible to pre-populate them via URL parameters.

I suggest you use regular select boxes if you want to pre-populate the fields.
