I need assistance uploading forms to my website so employees can complete online employment forms

I am unhappy with the customer support from y current vendor.  I need various employment forms uploaded to my website so employees can complete them on one and then the completed forms would be emailed to me

I9 form, W-4 forms plus various other employment forms
