Why are we not seeing correct and readable data?

Instead of text we see gibberish (possibly encrypted text) We have same problem when downloading the spreadsheet data. What should we do to decrypt the data?

The reason you have the gibberish text is because you have encrypted your forms. You will need to decrypt your forms then disable encryption for your forms for you to see the data of submissions made after decryption.
