How to change forms to card layout?

I just attended the webinar in regards to the new cards. They said that you can convert current forms to cards but said we would need to contact support in order to do so. Please advice as to how to go about converting forms to cards. Thank you

You can change your form layout to card by going to your SETTINGS > FORM SETTINGS > SHOW MORE OPTIONS.

then scroll down until you find Form Layout and change it to Single Question in One Page.

Now you have successfully changed your Form Layout.
