PayPal Form: payer information on submissions is missing.

    I have two forms that are identical. One is a clone of the other. I changed information on the cloned form but everything else should be the same. When I tested the payment, I have payer info on one receipt and I don't have payer info on the other. (See images below) If you have any suggestions on why this might be it would be appreciated.

    Did you receive the payment at your PayPal account from that submission that has not payer information? Can you share the screenshot of the transaction from your PayPal account? 

    Please note that whenever a payment is not completed, it will land in your "Incomplete payments" dashboard, and if you complete the submission, it will be added to the submissions dashboard, without processing a payment since there was not payment information to begin with: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
