    and can i use your website form to send a copy of a complete form to my email and to the customer email ( Email Address*) what he includes in the contact form so he can get the copy of this completed form to

    You can import the form in your account so you do not need to create the fields. You can customize the form afterward.

    There are also themes in the form designer which you can apply in your form.

    Regarding on the email notifications, they have email notification as well as autoresponder by default when you form has an email field. So when the form is submitted, you and the submitter will receive emails.

    and how to send the form to the client automatically? because each time the client email its different, can you show me step by step?

    Our form email has its standard table format as shown below:

    The template is customizable, but you are limited to inline styling. You can remove the table, and just put the questions and answers side by side.

    Unfortunately, there is no way you can send the form email with the same form design that you have. You can print it thou, just please follow our steps in this guide:
