The error message you are getting is related to the credentials you entered in the Authorize.Net integration.
I checked your form and I can verify that Authorize.net is not in Sandbox mode. Please re-check if the API Login ID and Transaction Key are correct. Here's a support document from Authorize.Net: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A405.
