Hello --
I just discovered that the "Submit" button on one of our donation forms
can only be clicked on it's far left side. In other words,
it is appearing to many / most people that it doesn't work.
This very likely has resulted in lost donations, and we must fix this immediately.
Questions:
1. How can we fix this?
2. How did this happen?Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/61096517781159 -

I checked the form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I submitted a test submission and I tried clicking the sides and I was not able to replicate it. Please see my screen capture test:
Is the form embedded on a website? If yes, please provide the link so we can investigate it further.
Also, could you please provide a screenshot so we can try to replicate it? To post a screenshot here in the support forum, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Hello John --
Here is the web page with the form -- but I have the same issue, whether on the web page or the form page:
http://give2kids.com/car-donation-ny.htm
The button link map is clickable over the car area, but not on the rest of the button.
Hopefully, the problem is specific to my own system. I will be testing the page on my girlfriend's laptop later tonight. -

I'm not able to replicate this issue, the button is clickable in the whole area:
If you experience any further issues, please let us know.
Thank you!
