I have a client with email..
And he is not getting the emails...
and he says they are not in his junk mail.
can you help?

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have just tested your form and I can see the emails are sending from our logs, you may ask the email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, please find the needed information on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
