Downloading attachments: Unable to download all the uploads or exported data when login required option is enabled and having active loign session

    I am unable to download attachments from my form submissions. I get a 404 message whenever I try downloading from the links in the responses.

    I then tried to request a download of all attachments from jotform directly. An email arrived informing me that the download was available, but when I clicked the download button, I once again received the 404 page.

    Can you fix this please?

    I have checked your account and see that the option 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' in the account settings. I have tested this option in my test account and was not able to download the files when this option is checked though logged in to the account. It seems to be there is an issue with this option. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to take a look at the issue. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here. Meanwhile, please try downloading the file after unchecking the option 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' in your account settings so that you should be able to download the files without any issue.
