Change Thank you Message

    Hi I've set up two conditions for thank you messages - one for the HOF and one for APLE.

    They keep picking up the same HOF thank you page.

    The HOF is correctly working - using the word ENDORSED

    The APLE is not working - it is also using the word ENDORSED.  It should be using the word APPROVED as I have set up in conditions for thank you page.

    Has anybody got any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    I inspected your Thank You page conditions and there is a potential conflict between them because both conditions can be true. 


    It is possible to select APPROVED and ENDORSED. When this happens the second condition ENDORSED will overrule the first condition. 

    If only APPROVED is selected the APPROVED Thank You page will be shown. 

    I am not exactly sure if there is some kind of approval workflow set in your form or how are the users filling the form, but you should make your conditions more complex by adding some additional If rules to prevent potential conflict.
