How do I delete forms?

I opened a couple of forms to look at them to see what they looked like but did not use them but now It says I have used my limit for the free service. I have only created 1 actual form.

Hi,

In order to delete your forms in your account, you need to do is while you are on "My Forms" page 

In "My Forms" page, click once on the form, then click "More" icon/button then click "Delete Form".
