not receiving email notifications

    I can receive email notifications thru my personal email but not thru my work account which is what I need.  can you advise if my email is on your bounce list.

    Hi John, its not. 

    Further, Our logs are reporting emails being accepted for delivery by your email host - at least 2 today. 

    I see that you have set the Sender Email to noreply@jotform, my guess is that your work spam filters are blocking our emails. I dont know how difficult it will be to ask one of your works I.T guys about that?

    A possible workaround: Are you able to set up a rule in your personal email account to forward emails from to work address?
