I contacted you guys earlier about this and was told that my form was disabled and my account suspended because my rental app asked for SSN's. I received an email stating that my account was restored and that id be able to fix the form but the form is no longer in "My Forms"
Can you restore the form for me so that I can make the necessary changes please?
