can I add another email address to my profile so my accounts department get a direct notification of an invoice due for payment?

Unfortunately, an account can only have one e-mail address. Therefore only one e-mail address can receive e-mails related to one account.
I suggest you automatically forward invoice related e-mails to the other e-mail address.
