I have been building an account form for most of this morning and yesterday afternoon.
Everything was being updated when I check the preview, however, about an hour ago it just stopped updating the preview. Which is annoying because I have now got the form almost to completion. But I will not roll it out until I know all of the features are working as intended.
I have already tried the following:
Refresh browser cache,
Refresh form cache,
Reload the page on a new website,
Read the forums for a solution
From what I read this is a common issue, as it has been happening for the last two years. I hope this isn't the same for when customers are paying!

I have checked your form, it is working as expected as far as I see.
