Creating cutsom URLs with custom domain.

Hey

My hosting company have made the DNS changes as per this articles

My forms are not showing a unique URL however.

How will this change happen? Will it just appear after a time lag? Is there anything I need to do?

Will the change effect all of my forms or do I have to manually change the URL of each forms?

Lots of forms are embedded on my site. Will this changes effect them? I don't want them to stop working!

It seems you are using our custom domain feature. Please note that you do not have to make any changes manually in any form. Please note that custom domain only requires you to make changes or add a new DNS record. Once you add DNS record to access JotForm with your own domain, all your forms will be accessible with your own domain.

Hi Thanks for you help

So from what I can gather:

- nothing changes when you go to 'Publish Form'

- You have to type you URL in my case: forms.landandwave.co.uk

- Then go to publish the form and copy the end of the publish URL and add it on to the end in my case: https://form.jotform.com/80582007339961

- So my form should appear on:

- http://forms.landandwave.co.uk/80582007339961

This does not work? What am I doing wrong?

It is not working because the URL you are using it incorrect. Please find the details below:

Your form URL is:  https://www.jotform.com/form/80582007339961

If you have used custom domain feature and added DNS record with cname for www.jotform.com to http://forms.landandwave.co.uk, your form URL with custom domain should be:

http://forms.landandwave.co.uk/form/80582007339961
