Form not submitting and hanging on "Please Wait"

    Hi

    When I submit my registration it says please wait. Nothing happens after that and I can't see the submission is not registret. 

    Can you please help with that.

    I have tested the form by accessing the direct link and was able to submit but accessing using the Wordpress url you have provided is hanging on submit.

    I would recommend you try using the Iframe method to embed your form as this method is not affected by Javascript conflicts which may be affecting your embedded form.
