My form is not working on a shared network (in UK)

    Hi,

    My survey link works on my mobile phone (private network) but not on my work pc.

    I troubleshooted this, the response: Problems Found: Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (form.jotformeu.com) is not responding.

    What would I need to do to solve this issue?

    I have checked your JotForm at my end and see that it is displaying normally at my end.

    Since you mention that you are experiencing the issue on your PC and shared network, I suspect that the JotForm website is being blocked by any firewall or anti-virus software on the PC. Could you also try opening the form on a separate PC from the same network to isolate the issue?
