I have tried cloning your JotForm to my account and was able to submit the form without any issue. As I tried to submit your JotForm, I didn't receive any message for upload fields but date fields which were not filled correctly. I see that the file upload limit is set to 5MB for the upload fields. Could you let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages? If so, please provide us with the link so that we can take a look and assist you further.
- LLL2018Answered on March 01, 2018 at 12:43 PMThank you for your answer.
I just corrected the limit on the size of the files. I clicked the "Limit
File Size" to Off
We will see if I still have the problem on the coming days -> if I receive
complaints about candidates who are not able to validate their form because
of the joined pieces, this would mean that their is a real bug.
Still, I can see there is 32 forms in "incompleted submissions" and I would
like to be abble to see these forms, to understand how many of them are
blocked because of the size of the files. Can you allow me to look at those
forms ? Right no I only see this screen.
Thank you for your help,

I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. The issue is related to Save Form and Continue later feature. If the session is saved and if session link is used the mentioned error message will be shown even if the files are uploaded.
If the direct link of the form is used the form can be submitted successfully.
I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
- LLL2018Answered on March 01, 2018 at 02:43 PMHello,
So I have nothing to do. I just wait for the developers to fix the problem ?
Now I don't know how to do to reach all the 32 people who began to fill
their form and inform them that they can now validate their forms (when the
problem will be fixed).
Do you have a solution ?
Thank you very much,

Yes, please kindly wait for a fix from our developers.
If you need to find out a user's email, what you can try is to access his/her session. The session id can be checked under the Incomplete Submissions.
For example, if the session id is JF-S4L-3056, you just add it to the form link with a session parameter:
We will get back to you once we have any updates from our developers.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll be on this issue.
Can i advice you to disable Save And Continue Later feature in order to limit problematic pending submissions while i'm working on it?
- LLL2018Answered on March 02, 2018 at 05:43 AMHello,
Thank you for your answer. I desabled the save and continue parameter and
here is a link to a form from one of the users.
As you can see, there is no joined pieces because the form wont accept them.
I'm waiting for your answer.

- LLL2018Answered on March 02, 2018 at 06:43 AMNow that the save form and continue later parameter is disabled. Can I ask
all the users to upload their files and validate their forms ? Is it going
to work ?

Hey again Yasmine,
Yes, I think if your users access their previously saved forms with their unique links, re-upload their file(s) then there should be no warning about incomplete values.
Please let us know if it works. Meanwhile I'll be continuing on the necessary development.

This issue is fixed now. You can re-activate Save & Continue Later feature.
Sorry for the trouble again.
Thanks for reporting.

As I check the form link provided, I see that the files uploaded are displaying for the session without any issue.
Do you mean submitting the form for the provided session is displaying the Incomplete values error?
- LLL2018Answered on March 12, 2018 at 04:43 PMHello,
Thank you for your answer. Yes that's it : the person is not abble to
validate the form and the incomplete value error is displayed.
