Does a free plan allow applicants to upload a resume and or other documents through a form?

You can create upload forms in free accounts too, just note that the upload space limit for free accounts is 100MB. If you reach the limit, you can either delete submissions to free up upload space, or upgrade to a paid plan that provides more.
