I'm supposed to be under email@example.com Bronze account but my profile says I'm under a free account as if I had my own. I signed up using the link she sent me to share forms, and I can see her stuff but she can't see mine. Please help us solve this issue.

Sub-Accounts will show the FREE plan by default now.
If you want to share your newly created forms with the main account, please drag and drop the form to the shared folder.
This would also change the ownership of the form to the main account.
