Is there a way to batch change (delete or add) form recipients?
I have over 100 forms and when I have a personnel change, it takes a long time to update. I don't always have access to a group email, so any thing to make this more efficient would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or remove the email recipients on multiple forms at a time. This is due to different forms has different requirements and different recipients and for some forms the recipients might be changing by setting up conditions on the form. As you have already mentioned the best way to achieve this by using a group or distribution list so that you can update it only once.
