Does an HTML report update automatically with the submissions received?

If an HTML report is created and the link is shared, will it automatically update if more submissions are added?

Additional clarification:  We have surveys with on-going submissions.  Reports need to reflect all data, not just submissions at the time the report is created.

Since the HTML report is accessed online, all the updated submissions for the form will be displayed. Please be noted that once the submission is received by the form and when the report is accessed, the last submission shall be displayed in the report.
