Can customer return later to finish?

I am trying to create a form for select customers that are filling out an application and to guide them through a process. They would need to fill it out and submit pictures or other files as they complete the tasks. This could take several days to several weeks. Can this system do that or do you have a system you would recommend?

The best way to do this would be to send an edit submission link in your autoresponder email:

https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

This would allow users to return to their specific submission and update their data as needed.

Is there a minimum of how many time they can return to finish? Does it
automatically save during the process of their last implored section?

There is not limit to how many times they can edit their data.  It does not automatically save.  This method requires allowing users to submit partially completed forms and then they can return to edit their specific submission data.
