    Paypal Quantity Count On Spreadsheet

Asked by jdaymer on February 15, 2011 at 09:15 AM

Is there any way to get a quantity count broken out of the Paypal field on the form?  Right now if someone purchases 10 items, I see their payment address and info plus the 10 and the cost.  All this data is crammed into a single field.  Is there any way to split this out?

I am selling tickets and would love to get a count from the spreadsheet, but I have to go through each record and look for the quantity.  As my ticket sales increase this is getting to be a nightmare.

    Wow!

This sounds like the issue we're discussing: Info on Thank You Email , Asked by jpatton1225 on January 29, 2011

Again, it seems that the result being looked for would be Item Name in one field and related quantity in another, and then the total $.

I know it's quite difficult to design something so it satisfies everyone, but the current design that includes all that extra info seems like it would satisfy a much smaller user group.

    Thanks,
    David

I was also wondering if a person could put a hidden box in the form and use jotforms "call backs" from the email submission to get the fields I need?
