I want to add a fillable pdf inside the form that users can fill out within jot form and when they click submit I get the pdf form and the jot form filled out already by the user.

Is there a widget for that? If so can you direct me?

If none, what is your suggestion?

    Thanks

Unfortunately, you cannot embed PDF, have your users fill that PDF (with the rest of the form) and collect all that information.

Also, I'm not sure why would you need to do that?

You could simply make such PDF as your form, or, if you really need that as a separate form you could create it and then embed in the main form by using iFrame embed widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed

Could such workflow work for you?

    Please let us know.

    Thank you!

Hi Nic, thank you so much for your input. I will rephrase my question, my bad. It's a pdf that will need to be signed (release of claim). We can definitely send this after the user submit the form but we're sort of thinking maybe a faster way of sending everything one time.

This is a wordy document that will require a signature back. Is there a widget where I can type texts inside and ask to be submitted back with jot form.

Sorry if I'm confusing you now :)

As I can understand, you have a PDF file that you need to have signed and sent back to you. If so, a workaround would be to add the file as downloadable file to the form, you can ask your users to download the file and sign it, then they may upload it to the form and submit it.

This guide will help you adding a downloadable file to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/431-How-to-Add-a-Downloadable-File-to-Your-Form

This guide will help you accepting uploads on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms

Unfortunately, it's not possible to allow them to sign a PDF document online or while embedded on the form.

    I hope this helps.
