Downloaded all uploads but no email notification received

Help! I have done the Download All Uploads (twice) but haven't received any email telling me where the files are.

I checked your mail logs, and the email zip has been sent already to your email address.

Please check your spam/junk folder the email might have been redirected to those folders.
