Must I "end" the integration with Google Spreadsheets and then re-integrate each time I want an updated spreadsheet of my form's data? I imagined the spreadsheet would automatically update each time a new form was submitted. That does not appear to be the case.
Thoughts?

You do not need to remove the google spreadsheet integration and re-integrate again every time.
Setting it one time should do. And every time your form have new submissions it will automatically append the update on the google spreadsheet Sheet as well.
