My account is inaccurately counting my form submissions

    This month I've received frequent emails from Jotform saying my submissions have gone over my quota this month. I do have the free account at 100 submissions/month but when I check my submissions among all my active forms, I only have 6 submissions so far, collectively. The most recent email I received from JotForm today says my account will be disable on Monday. Please advise
