Hi, we have a form that we cannot receive notification letter properly.
This is the form link, we tried several time in different date with trial submission, no reminder emails sent to our pre-set email address email@example.com. But we have another form created from the same account that the notification can send properly.
And BTW, I cannot open the edit page of the form today, tried several times though.

I checked the mentioned email and I saw that it is sent via SMTP:
Also, the email didn't end in bounce list:
So please check if your SMTP settings are correct and if the emails didn't end in Junk/Spam folder by any chance.
