We would like to cancel our subscription to JOT.  How do we cancel?

I did check your account and found that you have active bronze yearly subscription plan which was renewed on Dec 23, 2017.

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze yearly subscription plan. You will not be billed again but your account will stay bronze until Dec 23, 2018 for the time you have already paid. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
