I have one of your forms on my website but now there seems to be a problem and customers are not able to fill in the form to send me a booking.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you.
It seems that the conditions on your form stopped working. I updated them and they are working now.
Please test your form and check if it is working properly now.

Hello again, thank you so much for your help.
Yes it seems to be working now.
Is there anyway I can change the form slightly - as in updating the questions. How do I go about doing this?
- JotForm SupportBJoannaAnswered on March 02, 2018 at 04:35 AM
Yes, you can edit the form.
The form that is embedded on the web page you provided was created in the account SGillings. The email address of the account is email@example.com
You can log in with the username or with the email address. You can reset the password if you forgot it.
Once you log in, you can edit the form inside of the Form Builder.

Hi again, I have gone in and changed the form slightly. But, I realise now that what's on the form is not EXACTLY what comes when I go through my website to fill in. Some whole parts of the form are not there. This was even prior to me changing some questions.
Can you please shed some light and how to fix this?
- JotForm SupportBJoannaAnswered on March 05, 2018 at 03:53 AM
I inspected your form and I saw that you deleted some field or fields from your form. Those fields were conditional and because of that your conditions to show other from fields are no longer working.
You have to delete, disable or modify those conditions and fix the error.
- SGillingsAnswered on March 05, 2018 at 04:37 AM
Actually it was like that before I even attempted to change the form. I have now taken off "prevent submission" and its still like that.
IF you go into my website you will see that pages are not coming up and I have not touched beyond Page 2 and the form is NOT downloading in full.
- JotForm SupporttinaAnswered on March 05, 2018 at 08:35 AM
It may be caused because of the form caches. I have cleared your form caches now.
Also, I kindly recommend you to delete all the conditions with missing fields. They may cause some conflictions after the fields, which are previously added, are deleted.
I have cloned the form and I was able to replicate the issue. However, the issue got fixed after I deleted all the conditions with missing fields:
This gif was taken before I have deleted the conditions:

I hope this helps.
- Sophia GillingsAnswered on March 06, 2018 at 06:43 AMThank you so much for your help in assisting me.
But, if you look at the form and then go to my website, the whole form does not download. Only some, a lot of the information is missing. This has been from the beginning before there were any changes done on my part. Can you see what the problem is? I don’t understand what you are saying about missing field?

Please go to your form's Settings > select Conditions tab. You will see 66 broken conditional statements. This statements do affect some of your fields. That is why they are not shown at your embedded form. In order to get this fixed, you need to delete all conditional statements or to fix them.
Here is a conditional logic guide that might be of help:
We will gladly assist if you need more help.
- Sophia GillingsAnswered on March 07, 2018 at 06:43 AMHi Again,
I am really sorry - I don’t understand!
I have not done anything and yet my form is not coming out on my booking page. Can you please take me through step by step. I looked at:
and I have no clue what so ever.
All I want is to get my form to read exactly as it is when it is used on my webpage booking tab. The idea of having conditional logic is great but I want to fix my form to the old one and then I can look at conditional logic.
Perhaps (if not too much to ask) can someone call me tomorrow to go through with me step by step?

Unfortunately, we do not provide support by phone right now.
But, in order to help you, we can delete those broken statements per your request.
We will wait for your reply.
