Hi.. I use several forms in a WIX's website and i use Chrome to check them out.

A client told me that they don't work on Mozila Firefox.

I checked it and it seems that the conditions of the form don't work.

Why is that happening and what can I do to fix this?

Is it possible you could provide an example of the condition that is not working?

Also, were you able to replicate this issue on direct URL of the form: https://www.jotform.com/70482849015358? Or only when the form is embedded?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

It's a complex of conditions, that determine whether fields of the "next" page will be shown or not... Mozzila does not show any of these fields, even if they were supposed to be shown...

This happens only when the form is embbed... and it happens to all my embbed forms... and only in Mozila...

I guess it has to do with the conditions below:

As I check your JotForm, I see that there about 60 conditions setup and the form is setup in Greek language. Due to the language barrier, I couldn't identify the condition causing the issue or replicate the issue at our end. Could you help us understanding how to replicate the issue at our end by the options need to be selected so that we can try replicate the issue at our end and assist you accordingly.

    Thank you!

Thank you for additional information, I see the problem now.

Could you please try re-embedding your form by using the iFrame embed method:

     <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-70482849015358" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/70482849015358" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:7507px; border:none;" scrolling="no" > </iframe>

Please let us know how that worked.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    No.. wasn't fixed...

And i noticed that my forms got worst the last few days...

Calculation values are not put in dropdowns...

And this makes my forms useless...

I was able to reproduce the issue in Firefox browser. I see that iFrame embed method didn't work. A bug report ticket has been forwarded to our Development Team for further investigation.

By the way, I did another test. I created a new wix page and pasted your form URL. The condition is working on my Wix page. You can test it here https://jedcadorna168.wixsite.com/mysite.

It seems that the issue is with your Wix page. I would suggest that you adjust the box where the form is embedded.

Let us know how it goes.

Fixed.. one problem was the code that was embedded... i had a code for a loader before embedding the form...  I removed it and works now...

But there was another problem... when i asked a condition to add the value of 2 dropdowns to another dropdown, the form couldn't do the calculation... so I did the calculation to a text box first and then asked to copy it to the dropdown iI wanted...
