Please advise why email recipients added to jotforms are not receiving emails.

I checked your logs but all appears to have been sent. With this, please check your spam folder if all the emails would have landed there instead.
If you are using an email client application such as Eudora or MS Outlook, and the emails are not found in your spam/junk mail folder, please visit your webmail instead (go to your mail server's web page and login to your email account). Next, check your spam folder there. Chances are, the emails landed on the spam folder there which prevented your email client app to download/sync your emails to your email client.
You may also review your email activity history in order to understand/view the status of your forms' email alert deliveries. You can refer to this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

I hope there isn't any confusion here, but I am not concerned about emails routing to my inbox.
I have people reporting to me that they have not received emails when their email address was entered into the fields on the jotform in question by others that generate the jotform.
Can you look at the attached example, and tell me if an email was sent to email@example.com?. His email address was added towards the bottom of this jotform sent by firstname.lastname@example.org.

I checked your Email History to see if there was any email notification sent to email@example.com and there none. It is because there is no Condition that triggers to send the additional "Email" fields on your form.
Your Autoresponder notification only sends the "Your E-mail" field since you can only have 1 Recipient for Autoresponder.
However, You can do these steps to send email notification also to both "E-mail" fields once they have any value.
1. Clone your current Autoresponder notification.
2. Add a Change Email Recipient condition
You can set the condition like this.
Then hit SAVE.
