Why cloned forms keeping old name?

    Hello,

This has happened a couple times.  When I clone a form and change the name in title and page title section the name does not change when it's posted.

I cloned British Columbia Incident/Accident  and renamed it Ontario but it stays British Columbia when I share it.

Sorry for the problem you are having.

You said "the name does not change when it is posted".

Do you mean when you post your form link on Facebook?

If yes, then please note that, before you post your form link on facebook, you should debug your form url using facebook debugger so facebook can scrape the latest information from your form header.

You can debug your form using this link:

    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

You can refer to this screenshot to know how you can scrape the data to facebook.

After you debug your form link, press Scrape Again button.

This will allow facebook to scrape the latest information from your form.

    Hope this will help.

If this is not what you are asking of, please let us know.

I am sharing it through Google+, do I still have to debug?

It does not require to debug on Google+.

However, I have tried to post the form link on my Google+ and it seems the title is fine.

They worked this time. It’s weird, I did it numerous times but I never changed. The same thing happened the last time. Oh well, all good now.
