    My email will only send to one address, I have two set up. I am receiving it properly to the cmartin@synecticsmedia.com address but not to the chrismworks@gmail.com address. The link to the form is, http://www.palsintl.com/contact/index2.phtml

    Hi,

    We apologize for what this issue has caused you. I have made some changes in your form and did a test submission. I also checked the mail log and it is indicated here that the notification mail has been sent successfully, please confirm.

    Hello, it does appear that the form submissions are now going to both addresses. Am I free to add and modify addresses at this point? Or will I have to contact support each time?

    Hi,

    I have just check your form settings and all was fine. The settings you have are the one we always recommend. Have you tried checking your mail spam folder to see if the notifications are their?

    Or please try this method: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients and let us know if it helps or no.
