We are not being notified when someone fills out the form and the person who fills it out is not receiving a confirmation email that they sent it. This form has been working well for several months and just started malfunctioning today.Page URL:

We are aware of the situation and have reported the issue to our backend team, you should get an update when the issue gets fixed.

This issue has been resolved already, however, the notifications are in queue to be sent, so you should be receiving them all later today.
