Repair of private Solar water heating system

I have a 3 panel solar water heating system that has ceased to function.  Are you able to visit to repair and, if needed, carryout a service for me please?

The system is 2 - 3 years old and the installation company has ceased trading!

The clock shows a diagram of the system and the flashing part is at the top of the solar panel bit of the diagram.
