Not receiving emails on our form

    We had 3 forms submitted on March 2nd and received no notifications

    Can you please check if you have received now the Email Notifications ?

    We are aware of the issue and our Developers seems to have fixed it now.

    Please confirm and let us know if you are still not receiving Email notifications from Form Submissions.

    I did test one and it went theough 3 times  never gave me the thank you message.  I also deleted old submissions to try and open up space 
    Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S7 active, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

    I was able to replicate the issue when I tested a submission on your form.

    Can you please try and edit your "Thank You" page then move the message  content and logo a bit lower.

    I cloned your form and was able to see the Thank You message now.
