We are experiencing issues with the forms sending the emails to our mail parser email address - therefor the forms are not hitting our CRM. The one in reference is the Manual Entry Form.

We earlier on had reports of emails notification failure. We have our level2 team working and we will update you on this thread once the issue is resolved.
