Email notifications are not coming through consistently

    Hi there, we are receiving email notifications sporadically the last 2 days. For example, we did not receive an email notification when this was submitted

    I checked our logs for that submission and it does look like the email for that submission was sent:

    We have been experiencing some delay with sending emails today but it should now be settled.  Check your inbox to see if that submission arrived delayed.
