The settings appear to be correct to send emails. Do you know what's going on?

We are aware of this issue of delaying email submission and we already let our developers know about it. We will let you know once it is fixed.

This is now resolved. New emails should be delivered almost instantly as usual.
Delayed emails are still in queue and will be delivered in the next 10 minutes
