Clients not getting the auto response emails all of a sudden.

    So I started with a template for the save and submit. It had originally been used by another DJ company. I modified using the save and submit process yet on my test runs, I'm no longer receiving emails. 

    I tested it out the other day with basic responses and edit form links and it had been working. Today, I tested it with multiple emails. The form is working and accepting the submissions but emails are not being sent. 

    I removed the gmail account as the sender so it would go out as a jotform email, just in case gmail was questioning the security but emails still fail to send. 

    Are the email services not working today?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are experiencing some delay in delivering the email notifications/autoresponders. However, the issue has already been notified to our backend team. Once the issue is fixed, we'll update you here.

    This is now resolved. New emails should be delivered almost instantly as usual.

    Delayed emails are still in queue and will be delivered in the next 10 minutes
