Why are our forms not sending email notifications?

Good day.  I am loving the application and getting ready to send our first big form.  Strangely, while testing yesterday, all worked well.  Today, the tests are not going so well as we do not get notification emails when a form is complete.  I do get the TEST EMAIL rather quickly, but NOT the real email when the form has a completion.  I double checked and even recreated the email notification to no avail.

Any suggestion?
