Cloning new edits across forms

I would like to know if its possible to replicate a new edit on a form. Currently, whenever I add something, I have to manually do it to all forms...

It is not currently possible to replicate form updates across forms.  It is possible to copy fields from one form to another:

http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/

But not to automatically replicate changes between forms.

The only to do it is though this app?

Yes, currently that's the only way to manage fields between multiple forms, that only works in the app and it's not currently possible to have this applied through the form builder.
