Emails are not going coming through once form is submitted

    We have a work order form set up that goes to our maintenance team. We have had it up and running for quite some time now with now issues. Once the form is submitted we have conditions set up so the email will go through to the appropriate maintenance team members.

    None of the emails have gone through after 8:00 this morning. We did not change anything on the form on our end. We have checked our internal email system and checked if they are getting caught up in spam. We do not even see the emails coming through to our email server.

    Has anything changed that we need to update or anything else we can look into to get the emails going through again? Thanks

    The issue causing the delayed emails has been resolved.  The emails that have not yet been sent should send within the next 10-15 minutes.  Any new emails should send immediately.
